Time~ I'm stealing your time.
If your working 8 hours, standard 9-5 straight without overtime, with a couple extra minutes travel time to and fro 10, this will leave you with 8 hours to sleep and less than 6 hours for family or preparations for the next day.

Kids~ Due to your lack of time, on a daily basis for an active mom, your kids are not receiving the adequate attention and within the 5 hours you have remaining for that purpose! 3.
