Honda Accord Vs. Hyundai Sonata
- The five-speed Accord comes in eight different trim styles. The six-speed Sonata has three.
- The 177-to-271 horsepower Accord features either a four-cylinder or a V-6 engine. All styles of the 198-to-200 horsepower Sonata include a four-cylinder engine.
- The standard Sonata has 16.4 cubic feet of cargo volume and 103.8 cubic feet of passenger volume, compared with the Accord's 14.8 cubic feet of cargo volume and 101 cubic feet of passenger volume.
- The Accord comes standard with anti-lock brakes, front side airbags and side curtain airbags. The Sonata includes advanced driver and front passenger side-impact airbags, seat-mounted front and rear side-curtain airbags plus anti-lock brakes.
